RMC Switchgears Ltd — Important, 22-09-2025: Company Update

RMC Switchgears provided updates on three key initiatives. The company is making substantial progress on its ₹100 crore 1 GW Solar Module Manufacturing Plant in Jaipur, now expected to be operational by Q4 of the current financial year. This plant, funded through internal accruals and SIDBI debt, will strengthen RMC's EPC business through backward integration, improving competitiveness and reducing procurement risks. Additionally, RMC secured a significant ₹59.12 crore order from Jaipur Discom under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme for distribution infrastructure development. On the corporate front, RMC's application for migration to the BSE Main Board is ready, pending final BSE confirmation, aiming to boost market visibility and investor access.
