Mahaveer Infoway Limited's promoter, Mrs. Badam Bai Kothari, has sold 2,14,700 equity shares through an off-market transaction. This sale reduced her shareholding in the company from 3.89% to Nil. Concurrently, another promoter, Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain, acquired the same 2,14,700 equity shares off-market. This acquisition increased his stake from 28.01% to 31.91%.
