Fraser and Company Ltd — Important, 22-09-2025: Company Update

Fraser and Company Limited has entered into a settlement agreement with Shradha Landmark Private Limited (representing 12 entities), a long-due debtor. This follows an NCLAT directive resolving a corporate insolvency process initiated by Fraser for pending invoices. The total settlement amount is 8 Cr. Fraser will receive 4 Cr as a first payment, which has already been cleared and credited. The remaining 4 Cr will be received as four 2BHK flats. This recovery of significant receivables enhances the company's financial position and will assist in settling its own operational payables of approximately 5 Cr. The corporate insolvency process will be withdrawn after the agreement's execution.
