TVS Holdings Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-09-2025: Bonus

TVS Holdings has announced a bonus issue of Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS). Shareholders will receive 46 NCRPS (₹10 FV) for every 1 equity share (₹5 FV) held as on the Record Date. This move aims to reward shareholders by distributing a portion of reserves (approx. ₹986.52 Cr) as 6% coupon-bearing NCRPS, redeemable in 12 months.
