Amic Forging Limited's Board has approved the appointment of Mr. S. Subrahmanyan as an Additional Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Subrahmanyan brings extensive experience from the aerospace industry, including leadership roles at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Additionally, Mr. Anshul Chamaria has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer. He will, however, continue to serve as a Whole-time Director. This change allows him to dedicate more focus to strategic initiatives in his whole-time director role, impacting the company's leadership structure and strategic direction.
