Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Rajender Mohan Malla (DIN: 00136657) has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours of September 22, 2025, due to other commitment and personal reasons. Consequently, he will cease to be the Independent Director and also the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
