Refex Industries' Board approved a composite scheme: Merge wholly-owned Refex Green Mobility into RIL, then demerge RIL's Green Mobility business into a new, separately listed entity, Refex Mobility. Shareholders get 1 RML share for 1 RIL share. Aims to unlock value & focus businesses.
