Glance Finance will acquire 5,80,086 equity shares for a cash consideration of 4.35 Cr, with each share priced at Rs 75. This acquisition boosts Glance Finance's total shareholding in KPL from 1.07% to 5.14%. This move aligns with Glance Finance's core business of strategic investments for long-term value and capital appreciation, expanding its participation in the industrial sector. KPL's turnover was 16.45 Cr in FY23 and 32.51 Cr in FY22.
