Shareholders at the 40th Annual General Meeting approved a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company also appointed Mrs. Sonam Jain as Secretarial Auditor for five years to strengthen compliance and governance. Additionally, members approved the Systematix Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, following a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This scheme allows for granting up to 68.27 lakh stock options to eligible employees, including those in subsidiary companies, aiming to incentivize and retain key talent by aligning employee interests with company performance.
