Systematix Corporate Services' shareholders approved key proposals at the recent Annual General Meeting. A final dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, was cleared. The company also approved the 'Systematix Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025' and the grant of options to subsidiary employees under this scheme, following the suggestion of its Compensation Committee and Board.
