Lloyds Enterprises (promoter) sold 14.2 lakh shares of Lloyds Engineering Works via an open market block deal for Rs 10.01 Cr. The shares were acquired by Thriveni Earthmovers, investment arm of Mr. Balasubramanian Prabhakaran. This disposal adjusted the promoter's holding from 33.30% to 33.20% of Lloyds Engineering Works.
