A2R Holdings, part of Prime Focus's promoter group, acquired 15.95 Cr equity shares via a preferential allotment, valued at approx. Rs. 15.95 Cr. Post-acquisition, their direct holding rose from 15.11 Cr shares (48.75%) to 31.06 Cr shares (52.87%). However, due to other allotments, the total promoter group's stake slightly decreased from 67.61% to 62.82%.
