Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility has completed dispatching the Letter of Offer and application forms for its Rights Issue, offering 4.43 crore equity shares at Rs. 11 each, totaling Rs. 48.75 crore. Shareholders as of the record date are eligible to subscribe to 17 new shares for every 100 held. The issue will open on September 26 and close on October 7, with renunciation allowed until October 1. Notably, promoters do not intend to fully subscribe to their entitlements and may renounce them, also not subscribing to any unsubscribed portion. Funds raised, approximately Rs. 48.25 crore, will mainly be used for working capital (Rs. 42 crore) and general corporate purposes.
