Cochin Shipyard signed MoUs for growth: one with HD Korea KSOE for a ₹3,700 Cr Kochi facility for large vessels, creating 2,000 jobs. Another MoU with Guidance (TN) explores a ₹15,000 Cr greenfield shipyard in Tamil Nadu, potentially generating 10,000 jobs.
