Nimbus Projects Ltd — Important, 23-09-2025: Company Update

Nimbus Projects' Chairman presented an update, noting standalone revenue of 1.51 Cr and a loss of 12.75 Cr. Consolidated revenue significantly rose to 178.30 Cr (from 7.18 Cr last year), with a profit of 63.68 Cr (vs 93.12 Cr last year), partly due to accounting changes. The company completed four landmark projects and is progressing on others, including The Express Park View–II (₹185 Cr sales) and The Palm Village (approx ₹1,000 Cr sales). A major ₹1,100 Cr investment will revive Arista Luxe Phase II in Noida, adding 342 luxury apartments. Management sees continued growth in the real estate sector and aims for portfolio expansion in Delhi-NCR.
