Prima Plastics Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, effective from October 01. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30. The purpose is to prevent insider trading ahead of the upcoming results. The PANs of designated persons will also be frozen for trading during this period. The board meeting date to approve these results will be announced subsequently.
