Greenhitech Ventures Ltd — Important, 23-09-2025: Company Update

Greenhitech Ventures has inaugurated its new corporate office in Noida, enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration. Its subsidiary, Tritech, participated in the inauguration of the world's first Bamboo to Ethanol Plant by the Prime Minister and secured the O&M contract. Tritech successfully produced and dispatched the first batch of ethanol, a major step for India's renewable energy sector and Greenhitech's green energy ventures. Additionally, 100% subsidiary GreenKashi Bio Energy commenced commercial production of tire-derived fuel oil, recycled steel, and recovered carbon black, furthering Greenhitech’s commitment to sustainable growth and circular economy solutions.
