GITHM, a company involved in software development and travel services, reported a turnover of approximately 5.43 Cr and air ticket GTV of 147.85 Cr in FY24-25. This strategic move aims to consolidate and expand TSC's existing travel business, specifically by adding a dedicated visa service line and broadening its offerings. The acquisition is expected to drive business development, foster new alliances, and enhance overall company growth, making GITHM a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSC India.
