360 ONE WAM LIMITED — JV/Acquisition, 23-09-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

360 ONE WAM LTD's wholly owned subsidiaries, MAVM Angels Network and 360 ONE Distribution Services (DSL), have secured NCLT approval for their amalgamation. MAVM will merge into DSL, streamlining the group structure. The parent company, 360 ONE WAM LTD, will get one DSL share (FV Rs 100) for every MAVM share (FV Rs 10) it holds. This internal consolidation means no direct impact or dilution for public shareholders of 360 ONE WAM LTD. The scheme will be effective once filed with the Registrar of Companies.
