Birla Precision Technologies has informed stakeholders about two key initiatives impacting shareholders. The company is participating in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' 100-day "Saksham Niveshak" campaign, running from July 28 to November 6, to help investors update KYC, bank details, and claim unpaid dividends to prevent transfers to the IEPFA. Additionally, a special window is open from July 7 until January 6, 2026, for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests that were rejected prior to April 1, 2019. This initiative helps simplify the transfer process, with re-lodged shares to be issued in dematerialised form.
