Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers' 16th Annual General Meeting successfully passed all five resolutions. Shareholders approved the financial results for the year ending March 31, 2025, and declared a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sodhani was re-appointed as Managing Director, ensuring leadership continuity. Additionally, M/s G & J Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the next five financial years, and new limits for company investments, loans, and guarantees were approved, enhancing future strategic flexibility.
