Time Technoplast's board approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, allotting 22.69 Cr new equity shares of Re. 1 each. This effectively doubles the paid-up capital from Rs. 22.69 Cr to Rs. 45.39 Cr for eligible shareholders as of the September 23, 2025 record date.
