M/s Arms & Associates LLP has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, commencing April 1, 2025, enhancing governance and compliance oversight. Additionally, Mr. Vimal Chand Jain was re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for another five-year term, effective August 6, 2025. Mr. Jain has been with the company since its inception and plays a crucial role in business strategy and financial management. He is also the father of two other Whole-time Directors, highlighting family leadership in key roles.
