Saraswati Commercial has applied for 1,989,395 equity shares of Atlanta Electricals Limited in its Initial Public Offer (IPO) as a Qualified Institutional Buyer. This investment, valued at Rs. 150.00 crore at Rs. 754 per share, aligns with Saraswati Commercial's role as an NBFC and financial investor. Atlanta Electricals manufactures power and special duty transformers and reported a turnover of Rs. 1,250.49 crore last fiscal year. Due to the IPO's oversubscription, the final share allotment will be determined on a pro-rata basis, making this a significant addition to Saraswati Commercial's investment portfolio.
