Technichem Organics' shareholders have appointed M/s. B. K. Chavda & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. This appointment follows the completion of the term of the previous auditors, M/s. Devpura Navlakha & Co. The new auditors will serve from the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting until the 34th Annual General Meeting in 2030, covering financial years 2025-26 to 2029-30. This ensures ongoing robust financial oversight and compliance for the company.
