Sarvottam Finvest Limited conducted its 46th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved several key governance matters. The audited financial statement for March 31, 2025, was adopted. Shareholders re-appointed Mr. Manoj Sethia as a Director and appointed M/s. D. C. Dharewa & Co. as the Statutory Auditor for a three-year term.
