Star Housing Finance Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the specific terms for its capital raise. The company will issue 6,14,16,404 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs. 16 each, aiming to raise approximately Rs. 98.27 Cr. Eligible shareholders will receive 7 new shares for every 9 shares they hold. The entire issue price of Rs. 16 per share is payable on application. This move will significantly increase the outstanding shares from 7,89,63,948 to 14,03,80,352 upon full subscription, boosting the company's capital base for operations.
