Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, GNPR Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) established to develop, erect, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including comprehensive operation and maintenance for rooftop solar projects. Incorporated with an authorized share capital of 0.01 Cr, with 100% equity subscribed by the subsidiary, this strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint and strengthen its operations in the solar industry and renewable energy sector.
