This strategic move brings the Z Luxury Residences, comprising 62 service residences and food & beverage facilities in prime Juhu, Mumbai, under Park Hotels' wing. The acquisition significantly bolsters their presence in a key metropolitan market, diversifying their hospitality portfolio beyond traditional hotels.
