One Mobikwik Systems Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 25-09-2025: Allotment of Securities

MobiKwik has allotted 5.06 lakh new Equity Shares to employees under its ESOP plan. These shares were issued at exercise prices ranging from ₹2 to ₹223.75, bringing in approx ₹1.83 Cr. This increases the paid-up equity capital from ₹15.63 Cr to ₹15.73 Cr.
