V R Films & Studios has announced the closure of its Trading Window, effective from October 1. This measure, in line with the company's code of conduct, prevents Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons from dealing in the company's securities. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30. The company will separately announce the date of the board meeting where these financial results will be considered and declared.
