Sattrix Information Security's board approved acquiring 100% of Sattrix Software Solutions Private Limited (SSS) via a share swap. SIS will issue up to 45,48,379 new shares, with a swap ratio of 379 SIS shares for 1 SSS share. This related-party acquisition expands SIS's software development and consulting services, aiming to bolster its cyber security network. SSS reported a turnover of Rs. 3.0168 Cr in FY24-25. The board also approved increasing the authorized share capital from Rs. 7.50 Cr to Rs. 30 Cr to facilitate this and future growth. These decisions are subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
