S.I.Capital & Financial Services Limited's Board has approved a fundraising plan to issue Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to a maximum amount of 0.565 Cr. These NCDs will be issued via private placement. The debentures, each with a face value of ₹1,000, will have a tenure of up to 60 months and offer a 12.00% monthly interest rate for the 60-month scheme. They will be secured by a first charge on company assets. This move aims to bolster the company's financial resources.
