The company corrected a typographical error, significantly increasing its borrowing limit from ₹300 Crore to ₹3,000 Crore. Additionally, the preferential allotment details for raising capital have been revised. The list of allottees has expanded from 5 to 10, and the total amount to be raised through this preferential issue has increased from ₹4.2 Crore to ₹21 Crore. These funds are earmarked for core business expansion, technology investment, machinery purchases, business diversification, and loan repayment. The changes also impact the promoter and public shareholding percentages post-issue.
