Panache Digilife Limited — Board Meeting, 25-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Panache Digilife's board approved raising ₹98.78 Cr by issuing 37.56 lakh convertible warrants at ₹263 each. An ESOP plan for 6 lakh shares and an increase in authorized capital from ₹20 Cr to ₹22 Cr were also cleared. Shareholders will vote on these at an EGM on Oct 18.
