Nirlon Limited has disclosed the voting results of its 66th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved all seven resolutions. This includes the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 11.00 per equity share (110%) for the same period. Key re-appointments were also approved: Mr. Arjun Khullar as Director, Mr. Rajinder Pal Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Rahul V. Sagar as Executive Director & CEO. Additionally, the appointment of Secretarial Auditors and ratification of the Cost Auditor's remuneration were passed.
