Raideep Industries announced the outcome of its board meeting. Mr. Inderbir Singh Chawla ceased to be an Independent Director after completing his maximum tenure of two consecutive five-year terms. Concurrently, the company reconstituted three key board committees. Mr. Chawla stepped down as Chairperson from the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Ms. Parul Singh has been appointed as the new Chairperson for all three committees.
