Wardwizard Foods and Beverages held its 71st Annual General Meeting via video conferencing, where shareholders considered and approved key agenda items. This included adopting the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte as a Director and the reappointment of Mrs. Sheetal Mandar Bhalerao as Managing Director and Chairperson.
