Solarium Green Energy Ltd — Important, 25-09-2025: Company Update

Solarium Green Energy Limited has secured a significant domestic order from NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN) for a 1320 kW Rooftop Solar Project at AIIMS-Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The order is valued at approximately ₹ 4.35 Cr (exclusive of GST). It encompasses the supply of plant and equipment, local transportation and installation services, and a 10-year service order for operations and maintenance. This project, which has a completion timeline of 180 days, is expected to broaden the company's customer base and enhance its profitability.
