Shareholders adopted FY25 results and approved a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share, bringing the total FY25 dividend to Rs. 5.00/share. Smt. Pannaben F. Patel was re-appointed as Director, and Shri Falgunbhai C. Patel will continue as Chairman & Managing Director.
