Sanmit Infra Limited's 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved the audited financial statements for FY 2024-25. Shareholders also re-appointed Mr. Dinesh Kanayalal Makhija as a director and approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Madhavrao Thorat as an Independent Director for five years. Key leadership continuity was ensured with the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kanayalal Makhija as Managing Director and Mr. Kamal Kanayalal Makhija and Mr. Haresh Kanayalal Makhija as Whole Time Directors for three years each. The AGM further authorized related party transactions with Haresh Agencies up to 50 Cr for FY 2025-26, ensuring they are at arm's length and in the ordinary course of business.
