Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems has set October 03 as the record date for a share sub-division and a bonus share issue, both contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming September 30 AGM. The company plans to split each Rs. 10 face value equity share into five shares of Re. 2 each.
