Real Touch Finance held its 40th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the past fiscal year. Key decisions included re-appointing Mrs. Padmini Ceruseri Srikanth as Non-Executive Director and appointing M/s. G.S. Chugh & Associates as Statutory Auditors for three years. The company also appointed M/s. S Satheesh Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
