Gayatri Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 25-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Gayatri Projects' board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹120 Cr. They plan to raise funds by issuing shares: ₹100 Cr to promoters and ₹214 Cr to non-promoters via preferential allotment at ₹10/share. An Employee Share Purchase Scheme was also approved. An EGM on Oct 23 will seek shareholder approval.
