Ventive Hospitality is set to acquire a 76% stake in Hilton Goa Resort's owner, marking its entry into Goa's leisure market. With an enterprise value of ~INR 320 Cr and an initial INR 120 Cr outlay, the deal targets higher yields (13% YoC) from the resort and ~INR 100 Cr from future villa sales.
