Global Education's board revised Whole-time Director Aditya Bhandari's pay. Mrs. Jayashri S. Bhake was appointed an Independent Director, subject to shareholder vote. Also approved reclassification of promoter group entities (all holding nil shares) to the public category, pending exchange approval.
