Newtime Infrastructure has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their relatives, effective October 1. This measure, a standard corporate governance practice, will prevent trading in company securities until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half-year are declared. The company will announce the board meeting date for these results in due course. Importantly, the PANs of Designated Persons will also be frozen by the depository for trading during this window closure, reinforcing efforts against insider trading.
