Nirlon Ltd — Important, 26-09-2025: Company Update

Nirlon Limited has announced the re-constitution of its Board Committees following the appointment of Mr. Chandresh Haridas Ruparel as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ruparel will now join the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Risk Management Committee. This re-constitution also reflects the upcoming expiry of Mr. Sridhar Srinivasan’s term as an Independent Director, with Ms. Anjali Seth taking over as Chairperson of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. These changes strengthen the board's oversight and strategic capabilities.
