S & T Corporation Limited held its 41st Annual General Meeting via video conferencing, with 60 members in attendance. The Chairman, Mr. Ajay Savai, presented three key items for shareholder approval. These included adopting the audited financial statements, both standalone and consolidated, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, shareholders considered the re-appointment of Mr. Dhaval Savai as a director and the appointment of M/s. M P Sanghavi & Associates LLP as the Secretarial Auditor. Members had access to remote e-voting and in-meeting e-voting. The results of the voting will be disclosed shortly.
