This change follows the conclusion of the previous auditors, V.K. Ladha & Associates' term. GDK & Associates, a firm established in 1983 with 41 years of auditing experience across various companies and banks, will now serve for five years, covering the period from the conclusion of the 40th AGM up to the 45th AGM.
